Notice of Nondiscrimination

MacArthur Gastroenterology Inc. (Mac GI) complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency and primary language), age, disability or sex. Mac GI does not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex.

Free help for people with disabilities

Mac GI provides people with disabilities reasonable modifications and free, appropriate auxiliary aids and services to communicate effectively with us, such as:

  • Qualified sign language interpreters
  • Written information in other formats, such as large print, audio and accessible electronic formats

Free language help

Mac GI provides free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:

  • Qualified interpreters
  • Information written in other languages

How to file a grievance

If you believe that Mac GI has failed to provide these services or discriminated against you in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex, you can file a grievance with:

You can file a grievance in person, by mail or by email. If you need help filing a grievance, our Section 1557 Coordinator is available to help you.
